NEEDED

These Essential Skills are required:

  • One year of comparable customer service experience or education
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual: Fluent in English and (French, Cantonese, Mandarin, Japanese, or Italian)
  • High school graduate

These Desirable Skills will put you at the top of the stack:

  • Hotel Operations experience in Front Office/Reservations at an upscale NYC property
  • Degree in Hospitality Management
  • Multilingual
  • Knowledge of Property Management Systems
